Do you accept insurance, and where can I find pricing?

Alliance Functional Medicine is a self-pay practice and does not bill or submit claims to health insurance. The initial visit price is displayed in the booking section before purchase. Any recommended services with additional costs will be discussed separately.

Can everyone receive care through telehealth?

Telehealth may be appropriate for many concerns, but some require an in-person examination, testing, or referral. You must be physically located in a state where your provider is authorized to practice during your visit. Prescriptions and specific treatments depend on your evaluation and are not guaranteed.
