HEALTHCARE SUPPORT FOR YOUR WORKFORCE

Make Healthcare Easier for the People Who Keep Your Organization Moving

Alliance Functional Medicine partners with schools, colleges, universities, businesses and local organizations to make compassionate telehealth care more accessible to their employees. We help organizations explore flexible programs designed around their workforce, goals and budget.

Built for Real Workdays

Healthcare Should Fit Into the Workday

Finding time for healthcare can be difficult when employees are balancing work, family, transportation, and everything else competing for their attention.

Alliance Functional Medicine helps organizations offer another path to appropriate care. Through secure telehealth visits, eligible employees can connect with a healthcare provider from home, work, or another private location without automatically adding travel and a waiting room to their day.

• Convenient access from an appropriate private location
• Less scheduling friction for employees with busy workdays
• Compassionate conversations centered on individual concerns
• Clear guidance about treatment options and appropriate next steps
• Referrals to in-person or emergency care when telehealth is not appropriate

FLEXIBLE BY DESIGN

A Program That Can Meet Your Organization Where It Is

There is no single model that works for every workforce. Alliance begins with a conversation about your employees, goals, locations, and available resources before recommending a program structure.

Employer-Sponsored Access

The organization covers the agreed cost of eligible telehealth services, helping employees access care as part of an employer-supported program.

Employee-Paid Access

The organization introduces the program and provides employees with a convenient way to access Alliance services when they choose to use them.

Hybrid Access

The organization contributes toward access or selected services while employees remain responsible for an agreed portion of the cost.

Program availability, pricing, included services, and participation terms are determined during the partnership-design process.

Frequently Asked Questions on Partnerships

What types of organizations can partner with Alliance?

Alliance welcomes conversations with school districts, colleges, universities, businesses, fleets, and community organizations. We begin by learning about your workforce and goals, then discuss whether an employee telehealth program is a good fit.

Does our organization have to pay for every employee visit?

No single payment model is required. We can explore an organization-sponsored program, an employee-paid option, or a combination of the two. The services, pricing, and participation terms are defined before a partnership begins.

What kinds of health concerns can employees discuss through telehealth?

Employees may seek help for a range of appropriate everyday health concerns. The clinician determines whether a virtual visit is suitable for the individual situation and will recommend in-person or emergency care when needed. The final scope of any partnership will be clearly described in its program materials.

Will our organization see an employee’s medical information?

An employee’s care is private. The organization does not receive individual diagnoses, symptoms, medications, treatment details, or medical records simply because it offers the program. Any information shared with an organization must follow the employee’s authorization and applicable law. We will explain any agreed program reporting before launch.

How do we get started?

Complete the partnership interest form with your organization’s contact information, approximate employee count, locations, and goals. Alliance will follow up to learn more and discuss a program model, employee communication, and possible next steps. Please do not include employee medical information in the form.
