Tiffanie Kehrt believes good care begins by listening. At Alliance Functional Medicine, she takes time to understand each person’s concerns, answer questions clearly, and work together on a plan that fits their needs.
A Miami University alumna with roots in the region, Tiffanie is building Alliance around a simple idea: healthcare should feel personal and accessible. Through telehealth visits and in-person DOT physicals, she brings the same thoughtful approach to individuals, drivers, and the organizations that support them.
Time to discuss your concerns and goals
Clear explanations and collaborative decisions
Personalized care through secure telehealth visits
In-person DOT physicals for commercial drivers
A healthcare relationship built on respect and trust

Your concerns, experiences, and goals deserve time and attention.
We consider the bigger picture instead of focusing on one isolated symptom.

You are encouraged to ask questions and participate in decisions about your care.
Secure telehealth visits make it easier to connect with your provider from home.

You’ll connect with a licensed healthcare provider through a secure phone or video appointment. Your provider will review your symptoms and health history, answer questions, and recommend treatment, testing, prescriptions, or in-person care when appropriate.
Telehealth cannot replace every hands-on examination, test, or procedure. Some symptoms and injuries require an in-person evaluation, and medical emergencies should always be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency department.
Telehealth is often less expensive than an in-person urgent care visit, while also eliminating travel and waiting-room time. Your actual cost will depend on the provider, services needed, insurance coverage, and whether follow-up testing or in-person care is required.
A provider may prescribe antibiotics when they are medically appropriate for a suspected bacterial infection. Antibiotics do not treat viral illnesses and are never guaranteed. Testing or an in-person examination may sometimes be necessary.
Yes. In addition to telehealth care, Alliance offers in-person DOT physicals for commercial drivers. Companies can request an onsite visit when three or more drivers are scheduled. Visit our DOT Physicals page for details.
Yes. Alliance works with schools, colleges, universities, businesses, and other organizations to explore telehealth access for their employees. Partnership options are designed around the organization’s workforce, goals, and location.
You deserve care that respects your time, your concerns, and your individual health goals. Connect with Alliance Functional Medicine and take the next step toward a more personal healthcare experience.
