Healthcare Built Around You

WHY CHOOSE ALLIANCE?

You are more than a list of symptoms. Our approach begins with listening, understanding your concerns, and building a care experience around your individual needs and goals.

Care That Starts With Listening

Your story matters. We take the time to understand your concerns, experiences, and goals so you can feel heard, respected, and involved in your care.

Personalized to the Whole Person

Your health is shaped by more than one symptom. We consider the bigger picture and work with you toward an approach that reflects your unique needs.

Compassionate Care From Home

Connect with a healthcare provider through convenient telehealth appointments without unnecessary travel, crowded waiting rooms, or feeling rushed through your visit.

COMMON REASONS TO VISIT

Can This Be Handled Through Telehealth?

Many everyday health concerns can begin with a convenient telehealth visit. Your provider will listen, evaluate your symptoms, and help determine the most appropriate next step for your care.

Cold, Flu & Respiratory Symptoms

Get help evaluating concerns such as coughing, congestion, fever, fatigue, and other common respiratory symptoms.

Sinus & Allergy Concerns

Discuss sinus pressure, seasonal allergies, nasal congestion, headaches, and related symptoms from home.

Sore Throat & Ear Concerns

Talk with a provider about throat discomfort, swallowing concerns, ear pressure, or other related symptoms.

Urinary Symptoms

Receive an evaluation for symptoms such as urinary discomfort, frequency, or urgency and determine whether additional testing is needed.

Rashes & Skin Concerns

Use secure video to discuss minor rashes, irritation, insect bites, acne, and other visible skin concerns.

Headaches & Digestive Concerns

Discuss headaches, nausea, mild digestive symptoms, and other non-emergency concerns with a healthcare provider.

See If Telehealth Is Right for You

Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or severe symptoms, call 911 or seek immediate in-person care.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do urgent care virtual visits work?

You’ll connect with a licensed healthcare provider through a secure phone or video appointment. Your provider will review your symptoms and health history, answer questions, and recommend treatment, testing, prescriptions, or in-person care when appropriate.

What are the limitations of urgent care telehealth?

Telehealth cannot replace every hands-on examination, test, or procedure. Some symptoms and injuries require an in-person evaluation, and medical emergencies should always be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency department.

Is it cheaper to go to urgent care or use telehealth?

Telehealth is often less expensive than an in-person urgent care visit, while also eliminating travel and waiting-room time. Your actual cost will depend on the provider, services needed, insurance coverage, and whether follow-up testing or in-person care is required.

Can a virtual urgent care provider prescribe antibiotics?

A provider may prescribe antibiotics when they are medically appropriate for a suspected bacterial infection. Antibiotics do not treat viral illnesses and are never guaranteed. Testing or an in-person examination may sometimes be necessary.
