Store purchases

Our store offers retail wellness products, including supplements, nutrition products, and bottled water.

You must provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, shipping details, and total shown before submitting payment.

Product information

Descriptions and images help identify products. Packaging and manufacturer labeling may change. Review the label on the product you receive for ingredients, allergens, directions, storage instructions, and warnings.

Contact Store Support before using a product if you believe the item received differs materially from the item ordered.

Wellness products and medical care

Store content is provided for general product information and does not constitute individualized medical advice.

Purchasing a product does not establish a clinician-patient relationship or replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Follow product labeling. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using supplements if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have questions about whether a product is suitable for you.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. If we cannot fulfill an order and have collected payment, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 10–14 days after your order is placed. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery timing may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather, and other circumstances. If we cannot ship within a stated shipping timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.

Please verify your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact Store Support promptly if an address correction is needed; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact Store Support promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that a request can be accommodated once processing or fulfillment has begun.

This provision does not restrict cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

Product availability and order issues

We may decline or cancel orders affected by unavailable stock, payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, or restrictions that prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the payment for the canceled items.

Manufacturer products

Third-party products retain their respective manufacturer branding. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is governed by its own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Appropriate use of the store

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with website operations.

Product names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their display does not transfer ownership or permission for unauthorized reuse.

Privacy and communications

Store information is handled as described in our Store Privacy Policy.

We may send communications necessary to administer purchases and support requests. Promotional email preferences are managed separately. We do not currently send store marketing SMS messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version presented when you place an order governs that purchase, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
